As a kid, I loved waking up to the smell of freshly baked Banana Cake wafting through the house. As an adult, I’m still intoxicated by the aroma! Our Banana Cake is heavenly; a moist, tender crumb infused with sweet yet mellow overripe bananas and chocolate chips. I prefer mine warm but either way, this banana cake melts in your mouth.
